described in our catalog - Model No., type of board, type of frame, color, size, quantity,
etc.
How We Ship
All orders will be shipped the fastest and most
economical way possible. UPS, FedEx or Freight Carrier. All shipping and handling charges
are the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, pickups can be made at 83
Route 22 West, Hillside, NJ.

Cash with order or C.O.D.
Visa, MasterCard or American Express
No minimum order required
A $30.00 fee will be added on any returned check
25% deposit required on special orders (no returns on
special orders.)

Return Policy
Return orders will only be accepted when authorized by
New York Blackboard of NJ, Inc. Authorized returns, other than those due to defects or
errors for which we are responsible, are subject to a handling and restocking charge of
20% from the original invoice price plus return freight costs, if any.
Damaged Freight
Special care is given to insure the safe arrival of our
products. Shipping accidents and damage can occur. If damage has occurred, note the extent
of the damage on the freight bill, save the carton, and call us immediately. Although our
responsibility for damage ceases when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, we will
file a claim for you and ship a replacement if necessary.
Quality and Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our commitment is to quality products and customer
satisfaction. We warrant each of our products to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, and to perform for the use intended and outlined in our catalog. If within 30
days under normal use and care the product does not perform as intended, we guarantee full
replacement.
