Displayed shipping prices on website are approximated. Prices fluctuate everyday and you may be charged more or less than what is displayed; we appreciate your understanding.

How We Ship

All orders will be shipped the fastest and most economical way possible. FedEx or freight carrier. All shipping and handling charges will be detailed prior to delivery. If your item is a shopping cart item the approximate shipping charge will appear in the check out area... *Shipping charges are approximated.

Pick Up

We also offer the option to pick up from our factory. No shipping charge, only a 3.3125% UEZ tax is applied to your board. If you choose this option we will call/email you when your product(s) are ready.

Damaged Freight

Special care is given to insure the safe arrival of our products. Shipping accidents and damage can occur. If damage has occurred, note the extent of the damage on the freight bill, save the carton, and call us immediately. We will file a claim for you and ship a replacement if necessary. It is essential that photos of the board and packaging are documented. FedEx will not accept claims without photo evidence.
